Thee ABCs of Speech

Chiquita is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Founder of the ABCs of Speech, LLC. She is passionate about providing skilled speech therapy services to the early childhood and school-aged populations. She enjoys coaching parents to help their children meet their full potential across all environments. She obtained her B.S. and M.S. in Communicative Disorders from Jackson State University. Licensed in Mississippi, California, and Texas, Chiquita is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

She has over 16 years of experience in assessment, diagnosing, planning, and treating adults and children with speech-language and feeding disorders. She has provided speech and language services in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, schools, private clinics, ABA centers, home health, and early intervention. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her husband Marcell and their daughters Avery and Bayleigh.
